Zig Ziglar said “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.”  Service is the touchstone of our success – service to self, service to the advisory group and service to the larger communities where we live and work. Each CEO Plus member crafts a clear and articulated vision for where s/he wants to take his/her business, complete with the specific strategic steps needed to get there. This vision and the strategic plan are crafted with the support of CEO Plus staff as well as the collaborative input from advisory group members.

Once this plan is in place, the advisory group remains dedicated to assist each individual member in reaching strategic milestone, overcoming inevitable challenges and ultimately succeeding.

In this way, we are fostering Servant Leadership, the cutting edge of new Leadership philosophies. To win in a capitalistic society you must first greatly serve as many needs as possible and add incredible value to the lives of many. Through this organizational commitment, our members learn what true service really means.
