One on one coaching
These conversations are where the rubber meets the road. We have world class business owners who help our members create the traction they need to build world class organizations with world class results. Coaching for our team is a relatively straightforward process where we stress our foundational guidelines:
Values Commitments- during this stage of the process, we put ideas to action. Most “values” exercises stress crafting a lofty “mission statement.” Here, we stress linking your values to action through the process of commitment. What are you committed to? What are you willing to commit to, through action? In this process, you will clarify your direction, filtering out all the unnecessary distractions.
Vision- working to clarify and expand each member’s vision. When we cast a vision it is more like casting dreams, but surrounded by the CEO+ community realizing even the most amazing dreams will seem completely natural.
Purpose – setting goals & objectives, putting dates and deadlines around these dreams, measurable milestones are where it all starts.
Brainstorming- creating a safe and supportive setting where nothing is held back. Many ideas that would have never been considered are unearthed through this process and make up some of our most amazing stories.
Prioritization- if an issue it is not important enough to make it through our prioritization process, our members and coaches are not focused on it and coincidentally neither are you.
Execution- where we obtain clear commitments from our members, remove the obstacles facing them and follow up.
A 2001 study MetrixGlobal to determine the business benefits and return on investment of for an executive coaching program, found that “coaching produced a 529% return on investment and significant intangible benefits to the business, including the financial benefits from employee retention boosted the overall ROI to 788%.”
